Pisa, Italy: Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna
Proceedings are under way at our workshop entitled Populism, Constitutional Democracy, and the Rule of Law.
Overt the next two days, we will be opening up discussion on the conceptual framework in which the ideas are placed, and some emerging hypotheses about how that place is changing.
We look forward to hearing a dozen different working papers, being presented by colleagues from diverse viewpoints about the challenges to constitutional democracy from the tidal forces of contemporary populism.
The workshop hosts are Professor Gianluigi Palombella of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (charing this first session) and the Chief Investigators from our project, Associate Professor Adam Czarnota, Professor Martin Krygier, and Professor Wojciech Sadurski.
